New Client Administrator – Risk & Compliance

Nockolds Solicitors are a progressive, award winning, leading regional Law Firm with offices in Bishop’s Stortford and London, and due to our continued expansion, we are seeking a New Client Administrator to join our busy team and assist with our client onboarding processes.

This role involves collating client information and then creating the client and matter record on our practice management system, making sure all details are accurate and complete You will also be responsible for undertaking client due diligence and identity verification checks. In this role you will liaise with staff internally and you will guide clients through the onboading process where required.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Attention to detail and data entry
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a client facing, administrative or compliance role.

Previous client onboarding and record creation experience is desirable but not essential.
