Nockolds Solicitors are a leading Legal 500 and Chambers Law Firm with offices in Bishop’s Stortford, London, and Spain. We are in the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For and have been accredited with Investors in People Gold since 2012. Due to our continued expansion and succession plans, we are now seeking another experienced lawyer, with an established network and reputation, to join the Injury Claim Team to continue to develop the team and the profile of the firm in this rewarding and important area of practice. The team are ranked in the top tier of the Legal 500 and Chambers.
This position could be based in our Bishop’s Stortford or London office and we would consider full time or part time for the right candidate. The team prides itself on delivering exemplary 1‑1 client care, and each matter is personally led by a qualified member of the team. We value that direct contact and long‑lasting relationships between the legal and rehabilitation teams, the claimant and their family. The team act on high profile matters including clinical negligence (such as catastrophic birth injury cases) and personal injury claims and also undertake claim related Deputyship / Court of Protection work.
You will be a senior qualified lawyer with at least 7 year’s pqe with experience of attracting and successfully handling high value catastrophic cases. Experience in clinical negligence or personal injury specialisms are welcome to apply. We are looking for a candidate with a strong commitment to assisting those suffering life changing injuries and the enthusiasm to lead and develop others within the team.
