About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Property Consultant - Valuer to join our Telford office. If you have estate agency experience and a strong background in valuations, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Generating leads and prospecting for new business
- Conducting market appraisals & writing consultation reports
- Listing properties with compelling marketing descriptions
- Creating engaging video tours to showcase homes
- Networking and delivering outstanding client service
Salary & Working Hours
OTE £50,000 (uncapped commission & bonuses) Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Typically one Saturday per month, with the following Friday afternoon off. A full, clean driving licence is essential.
