The role involves planning, launching, optimising and reporting on paid media campaigns across Meta and PPC channels, helping our clients achieve strong ROI while staying ahead of platform changes and digital trends. This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment, enjoys working across multiple brands and can combine analytical thinking with creative ideas.
Key responsibilities:- Plan, build and manage paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads/PPC for our diverse range of clients
- Develop audience targeting strategies to improve performance and maximise ROI
- Monitor campaign performance and make data‑led optimisation decisions
- Manage campaign budgets across multiple client accounts
- Produce clear performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with internal creative teams on high‑performing assets
- Stay ahead of paid media platform updates, algorithm changes and emerging trends
- Help clients with campaign strategy across full‑funnel paid media activity, supporting our Digital Director
- Identify new opportunities across channels including TikTok, paid social innovation and emerging platforms
- Work closely with account managers, creatives and wider marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Essential: Minimum 2 years’ experience managing paid media campaigns
- Strong experience running Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong experience managing Google Ads / PPC campaigns
- Experience working with consumer brands
- Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting campaign data
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong written communication skills
- A proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Desirable: Experience with TikTok advertising
- Previous experience working in a digital marketing, social media or integrated agency environment
- Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio or other reporting tools
- Creative mindset with an eye for what makes great‑performing content
