- Deliver a comprehensive, generalist HR service across the organisation
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and support and build robust relationships across all levels
- Lead the monthly payroll process
- Design and support training and development initiatives, including statutory and mandatory requirements
- Coordinate the annual performance and salary review processes
- Advise on and help resolve employee relations matters
- Review, develop, and communicate HR policies and ensure legal compliance
