Nobul Resourcing Solutions is looking for a hands-on SMB sales leader to take charge of a fast-growing team in the UK. You’ll lift performance, sharpen how the team sells, and enforce pipeline discipline with clear accountability.

The role owns SMB deal flow end to end, typically Β£20-Β£30k, and requires building a scalable team by onboarding new reps quickly, coaching outbound selling, and stepping in to close when needed.
