  • A history of coaching Product Managers into stronger operators. You can name specific people and what changed in them.
  • Strong methods for discovery, prioritisation, experimentation and product decision‑making, used in real situations rather than as theory.
  • Commercial literacy. You understand retention, expansion and product‑led growth as outcomes you actively shape.
  • Comfort working closely with a founder who carries deep domain expertise and active product intuition. You pull insight out, you do not wait to be briefed.
  • A pragmatic view on AI. You can separate real product opportunities from hype, and ideally have shipped examples.
