What you'll do as the Cooked Meats and Development Chef:
- Follow cooking guidelines meticulously: Adhere to established recipes and cooking methods to ensure consistency and quality, ensuring every batch from hogs pudding to pulled pork and ribs is crafted to perfection.
- Implement and maintain hygiene protocols: Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
