A growing IT and telecoms business is looking for a Head of IT Sales to own its managed services number and lead from the front. You'll own the overall IT sales number, lead a small team of internal and field salespeople, and still spend your week out in front of customers and partners.

This role suits someone who wants to build something, not sit in a corner office watching a dashboard! That's a serious cross-sell opportunity across 365, managed services, cyber and hardware, alongside new logo growth. You'll act as the bridge between the operational sales team and the senior leadership team, owning the IT business end to end.

  • A strong track record selling IT managed services, with real depth across the 365 estate, MSP, cyber and hardware.
  • Proven experience leading or developing a sales team, with a hands-on coaching approach.

£65,000 to £75,000 basic depending on experience, car, mobile and travel allowances.
