We are seeking an experienced trainer to join our client\βs team and support the growth of their adviser network. In this role, you will design and deliver high-impact training and coaching interventions, working closely with advisers and business owners to create tailored development plans that align with their specific goals. Your work will influence key business metrics, including protection penetration, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, high-impact training sessions to enhance adviser capability and drive firm-level growth.
- Coach advisers and business owners to develop tailored growth plans aligned with their objectives.
- Collaborate with account managers to identify training needs and implement strategic learning initiatives.
- Create and deliver blended learning experiences, including face-to-face sessions, webinars, and e-learning materials.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions using feedback, performance data, and business outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with adviser firms to understand their growth ambitions and tailor support accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, FCA regulations, and innovative learning methods to continuously improve training delivery.
What Weβre Looking For
- Experienced in Financial Services: strong background in financial advice provision, particularly in mortgages and protection. CeMAP or equivalent qualifications are ideal, but extensive experience will also be considered.
- A Skilled Trainer and Coach: proven track record designing and delivering impactful training sessions, both in-person and online. Confident in public speaking and able to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Strategic and Commercially Savvy: understands adviser firm challenges and can identify growth opportunities; able to create solutions that drive business success.
- Tech-Savvy and Innovative: comfortable using learning platforms, CRM tools, and other technologies; open to AI and other advancements in training methods.
