About the role
Nobul is excited to be partnering with a leading Proptech company who are currently recruiting for a People & Business Operations Manager to join their team. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating closely with the Senior Management Team, you'll own the core operations across People, Finance, and Company processes, and continuously improve them. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety: one day you're running payroll updates, the next you're refining OKR cadence or organising the next company offsite.
What you'll do as the People & Business Operations Manager:
- People & HR Ops: Manage onboarding/offboarding, contracts, handle payroll updates, sickness, and holiday tracking.
- Finance & Administration: Manage Accounting (expenses, reports, VAT exports) and handle client invoicing and payment follow-up.
- Company Rhythm & Data: Improve planning cadence, templates, communication and follow-up, assist with quarterly planning and leadership alignment and prepare company-wide updates and leadership packs.
- Culture & Engagement: Lead company events, offsites, and team days.
- Operations & Compliance: Keep policies up to date, manage laptop and equipment inventory and support light legal and contract administration.
- Executive Support: Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
