About the Role
As a Transformation Coach, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of projects and business-led change initiatives. You’ll collaborate with teams to facilitate impactful change while embedding best practices in project management and governance.
What You'll Do:
- Support the Strategy and Transformation Director in driving a successful transformation programme.
- Facilitate and coach cross-functional teams to deliver effective, high-quality business change solutions that meet objectives.
- Provide expertise in project planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and governance frameworks.
- Prepare and maintain transparent reporting and documentation on progress and risks across the programme.
- Enable continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refine processes and ways of working.
- Assist in managing schedules, budgets, communication, and risk mitigation for various initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
Critical Skills Required:
- Proven track record in successful project management.
- Excellent coaching and influencing skills to support colleagues at all levels, including C suite, with project delivery.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with experience preparing reports for executive-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet tight deadlines, and manage workloads autonomously.
- Skilled in stakeholder and relationship management, with a talent for resolving conflicts effectively.
- Adaptability to thrive in evolving business environments.
Critical Knowledge Required:
- Strong understanding of project management processes and frameworks (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Expertise in governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Experience coaching and developing teams with varied levels of project management experience.
Desirable but Not Essential:
- Project Management qualifications.
- Experience within financial services or holding financial services-related qualifications, e.g., FPC, ACII.
