Nobu London is part of the global Nobu enterprise founded by actor Robert de Niro and chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisha in 1994. With over 40 restaurants worldwide, and a growing hotel business, the Nobu name is synonymous with luxury dining and hospitality.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales and Marketing Director to lead our brands growth across the UK, EU, Middle East, and Africa. You will play a crucial role in supporting regional restaurant teams, working with Nobu Corporate PR & Marketing team to increase brand awareness and drive business objectives for Nobu London.

What you'll do;
- Lead PR, sales, and marketing initiatives related to new openings, brand onboarding, and ongoing training to ensure seamless integration with brand standards and local needs
- Collaborate with regional teams to plan and implement effective PR, sales, and marketing campaigns tailored to local markets
- Partner with the corporate team to develop high-impact, scalable marketing and sales strategies that align with the brands overall vision and objectives
- Enhance the brands digital presence and optimise campaigns for maximum engagement across social channels
- Manage trade and consumer press enquiries, facilitate reviews and interview requests for Nobu London
- Own and execute the marketing plan for Nobu London
- Analyse consumer behaviour, sales data and engagement metric to shape future marketing strategies and optimize ROI
- Maintain all communications to an exceptional standard, including editing and copywriting menus, events packs, team bios and internal emails
Who you are;
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field; masters degree is a plus
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and performance metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both corporate teams and regional staff
- Ability to analyse complex market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region to support restaurant teams and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and PR strategies
