You will be responsible for creating and executing desserts that meet our renowned quality, while taking ownership of your pastry section and contributing to innovative dessert development. This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior team members and maintain the highest levels of consistency and excellence.

  • Prepare, bake, and plate desserts and pastries of the highest standard.
  • Take full ownership of your pastry section, maintaining organisation and hygiene at all times.
  • Ensure consistent quality, portioning, and presentation in every dish.
