Based at Nobu Park Lane, known globally for its innovative cuisine and iconic dining experience, our Pastry team is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team.
You will be responsible for creating and executing desserts that meet our renowned quality, while taking ownership of your pastry section and contributing to innovative dessert development. This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior team members and maintain the highest levels of consistency and excellence.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare, bake, and plate desserts and pastries of the highest standard.
- Take full ownership of your pastry section, maintaining organisation and hygiene at all times.
- Ensure consistent quality, portioning, and presentation in every dish.
- Collaborate with the team to create innovative, seasonal desserts.
- Assist senior pastry chefs with research and development of new creations.
