  • Understand Nobu bible of classic dishes, such as the iconic Black Cod Miso, known all over the world
  • Be immersed in the experience of helping to create and develop Nobu specials, seasonal dishes, and dishes for special occasions
  • Use your passion to develop your skills and knowledge, to safeguard our reputation by following the highest food safety standards
  • Work in different locations/countries on task force, supporting seasonal pop-ups, offsite catering and special events
