Whether leading group classes or one-to-one sessions, you’ll create a welcoming, energising environment where every guest feels supported, challenged and cared for. This role is ideal for a passionate Pilates professional who values technique, connection and exceptional guest experience.
- Deliver group and private Pilates sessions to the highest Nobu standards, creating a refined and personalised experience for every guest.
- Teach Classical Pilates across the mat and full apparatus including Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Tower and Barrel.
- Design and adapt sessions to suit individual needs, abilities and fitness goals.
- Bring Nobu Pilates principles - Power, Precision and Pure - into every class and interaction.
- Maintain accurate guest records, feedback and progress notes in line with professional standards.
- Support the end-to-end guest journey, ensuring every visit reflects true Omotenashi.
- Work closely with the Pilates Director and Assistant Manager to support diary management and studio operations.
- Help nurture, grow and retain the Pilates client base through consistency, care and expertise.
- Maintain exceptional standards of safety, cleanliness and professionalism.
