You will
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards of luxury and detail
- Ensure rooms are checked and signed off to meet Nobu’s exacting requirements
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
- Record and communicate guest preferences to deliver personalised experiences
- Report maintenance issues quickly and accurately
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment with care and efficiency
