You will

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards of luxury and detail
  • Ensure rooms are checked and signed off to meet Nobu’s exacting requirements
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
  • Record and communicate guest preferences to deliver personalised experiences
  • Report maintenance issues quickly and accurately
  • Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment with care and efficiency
