As a Public Area Attendant at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of all guest-facing spaces throughout the day. With an eye for detail and a commitment to luxury hospitality, you’ll ensure every area of the hotel reflects Nobu’s crafted standards - creating a welcoming, elegant environment for every guest who walks through our doors.
You will:
- Clean and maintain all public areas to the highest luxury standards
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming and polishing
- Conduct regular spot checks to ensure consistency, quality and readiness at all times
- Report damages or maintenance needs promptly to the Head Housekeeper
- Support guest enquiries with warmth, attentiveness and genuine hospitality
- Assist new team members, providing guidance and fostering a welcoming team culture
- Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring safe and compliant work practices
- Attend team briefings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively across departments, building strong internal relationships
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised touches that reflect Nobu’s crafted approach
- Demonstrate a proactive, positive attitude and commitment to excellence
