As The Lounge Supervisor at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, you will play a key role in the daily operation of our all-day dining experience. Supporting the Assistant Lounge Manager, you will lead by example on the floor, inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.

You will:
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of The Lounge and all-day dining service
- Assist in achieving departmental targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Support rota planning and labour management to ensure efficient staffing levels
- Lead team briefings and share key updates and insights with colleagues
- Deliver warm, attentive and personalised service that exceeds guest expectations
- Anticipate guest needs, create tailored experiences and identify opportunities to enhance the guest journey
- Provide exceptional care for VIP guests and ensure their experience is personalised and memorable
- Support, train and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and positive environment
- Empower colleagues to confidently resolve guest concerns and deliver outstanding service
- Assist in developing and maintaining departmental standards and operating procedures
- Drive positive guest feedback and continuously seek opportunities to improve the guest experience
- Build strong relationships across the hotel and communicate effectively with all departments
- Demonstrate a proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach to work
