The Role - Key Room Attendant
As a Key Room Attendant at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, you’ll play a vital role in creating a serene and luxurious environment for our guests. With precision, care and Nobu’s signature attention to detail, you’ll ensure every room is spotless, every request is met promptly and every guest feels truly at home.
You will:
- Clean and prepare allocated rooms to the highest standards in a timely manner
- Check your own rooms thoroughly before sign-off by the Floor Housekeeper
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
- Record and communicate guest preferences to enhance personalised service
- Respond quickly and efficiently to guest requests
- Report maintenance issues promptly using correct procedures
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment with care
- Support and train new team members, fostering a collaborative environment
- Attend team briefings and contribute ideas for service improvement
- Demonstrate a proactive, positive approach to work and guest care
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory standards
- Act as an ambassador for Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro
- Perform any other duties as required
