The Role
As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first voice of Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, ensuring every call and enquiry is handled with warmth, professionalism and care. From transferring calls and taking messages to actioning guest requests, you will provide service that reflects Nobu’s crafted approach to hospitality and creates a seamless experience for our guests.
- Answer incoming calls in a warm, friendly and hospitable manner
- Transfer calls, take messages and action requests efficiently and accurately
- Provide guests with genuine, attentive service, reflecting Nobu standards
- Handle queries on hotel services with confidence and knowledge
- Log and deliver scheduled wake up calls and maintain the voicemail system
- Accurately capture and update guest information in OPERA
- Support revenue generation through upselling and cross selling opportunities
- Build strong guest relationships, recognising repeat visitors
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across all departments
- Uphold statutory and company standards to keep guests and colleagues safe
