The Role - Chief Engineer
Driving operational excellence and sustainability across Nobu Hotel London Portman Square. As Chief Engineer, you will lead the Engineering division with vision and precision — ensuring the hotel’s infrastructure, safety and performance meet the highest standards of luxury hospitality. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for strategic planning, compliance, and the seamless operation of all building systems, while fostering a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
You will:
- Oversee the maintenance and performance of all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and life-safety.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) program to minimise downtime.
