As an Event Operations Supervisor, you will support and supervise the Events Operations Team as well as assist with the coordination of every last detail of your assigned event. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Oversee all aspects of your assigned event or function.
- Coordinate with the event organiser to meet guest needs accurately.
- Provide support, training, and guidance to team members and other managers.
- Assist in conducting pre-shift and pre-function meetings.
- Ensure standards, policies, and procedures related to F&B within Meetings and Events are maintained.
- Proactively suggest improvements to ensure all events are successful.
- Improve service by communicating effectively, assisting individuals to understand and anticipate guest needs, and providing training, guidance, feedback, and coaching as needed.
- Act as an ambassador for Nobu and demonstrate strong leadership embodying our values and commitment to our teams.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Ideally 2 years of experience in a Supervisory role within Banqueting/Meeting and Events.
