The Role

  • As a Banqueting Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding dishes for our banqueting and events service.
  • You will ensure your section runs smoothly and to the highest standards, while contributing to the creativity, precision and excellence that define Nobu.
  • Working collaboratively with your team, you will support in maintaining a clean, safe and inspiring kitchen environment.
  • Assist the banqueting team in creating a highly regarded kitchen that reflects Nobu standards and expectations.
  • Manage and oversee the smooth running of your section.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen with stock checks, labelling, audits and equipment care, always adhering to health and safety requirements.
  • Ensure you and junior team members have a full understanding of the menu offering.
  • Prepare dishes with precision and consistency, ensuring flawless quality and presentation.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for new dishes or specials that enhance the menu.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and positive approach to work every day.
  • Act as an ambassador for Nobu, embodying our values and commitment to excellence and teamwork.
