THE ROLE
As a Restaurant Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for wowing our guests with exceptional service and making them feel at home in our Nobu bar and Restaurant.
Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

The Reservation Agent is responsible for taking calls and responding to inquiries from guests who wish to make a reservation at the restaurant. The role involves discussing available dining options, seating preferences, and making reservations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Ability to convert inquiries into actual reservations, adding upselling and cross-selling opportunities such as special menu items, drinks, and packages.
Maintain complete knowledge of all restaurant offerings, including menu items, daily specials, hours of operation, and seating arrangements.
Be knowledgeable about promotions, events, and special dining experiences offered by the restaurant.
Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, email, or through third-party reservation platforms.
Lead phone calls according to company standards, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Gather all required information to complete a reservation, such as guest preferences and special requests.
Accommodate special requests (e.g., dietary preferences, seating arrangements) and input them into the system accurately.
Resolve any guest complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction with the reservation and dining experience.
Access guest history records to provide personalized service and maintain accurate information in the guest database.
Maintain effective communication with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination for each reservation.
Able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate peak dining times and special events.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude, providing exceptional service at all times.
Generate reports as requested by management, providing insights into reservations, guest preferences, and dining trends.
Print and distribute dining menus as required, ensuring accuracy and availability for guests upon arrival
