THE ROLE
As Front of House Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel's front desk, concierge, and guest services teams. You will ensure that every guest experience is seamless, from check-in to check-out, maintaining high standards of customer service, managing guest enquiries, and resolving any issues promptly. You will be dedicated to shaping and developing the Front of House team; strong people skills are crucial in this role, in order to foster a positive, motivated, and efficient team. Ability to balance operational efficiency with cost management is key to maintaining our high standards of excellence.
