THE ROLE

The Duty Manager is responsible for the overall success of the daily operations of the Front Office.

Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

  • Lead from the front, providing the perfect example to Front of House team members.
  • Warmly greet & anticipate needs of all Hotel & restaurant guests.
  • Establish rapport and act as the main a point of contact for guests, assisting with requests and following up on queries.
  • Develop and support the Front of House team to be the best they can be!

ABOUT YOU

  • Confident and empathetic approach to solve any problems that may arise on a day-to-day basis
  • Adopt a guest-centric approach and ensure that service standards are followed and respected.
  • Inspire and lead the team to meet departmental KPIs as well as manage individual development plans.
  • Train the team on standards, policies, procedures, product and local area knowledge.
  • Lead from the front and display the Nobu values at all times. We are looking for genuine and authentic team players
  • Working knowledge of Opera, KnowCross, Fourth, and Microsoft Office is beneficial, but excellent training will be provided!
