As a Staff Restaurant Attendant, you will help create a welcoming, nourishing environment for our team by preparing and serving food to the highest Nobu standards. With a focus on freshness, organisation, and teamwork, you will play a vital role in maintaining the rhythm and quality of the staff restaurant, ensuring every colleague enjoys the same warmth and care we offer our guests.

  • Prepare, present and serve food to Nobu's standards in the staff restaurant.
  • Ensure the staff restaurant is fully set up, clean and operating seamlessly each day.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety and cleanliness at all times.
  • Receive and store deliveries accurately, ensuring items are safely and properly handled.
  • Monitor Health & Safety and hygiene practices, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Maintain kitchen and service equipment, reporting faults or repairs to the Engineering team.
  • Support menu preparation and communicate any allergy or dietary requirements.
  • Uphold company grooming standards and personal presentation at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively support colleagues across departments when required.
  • Attend briefings and team meetings, sharing ideas and suggestions for improvement.
