As a Reservations Agent at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests — helping them plan their stay with precision, warmth and a deep understanding of our hotel’s offerings. - Assist guests with reservations and booking enquiries
- Provide attentive, genuine and friendly service that reflects Nobu standards
- Understand all room types, availability and hotel services
- Promote hotel facilities and upsell where appropriate
- Use OPERA proficiently to manage guest bookings and preferences
- Anticipate guest needs and offer personalised experiences and services
- Strive for excellent guest reviews and satisfaction
- Build relationships with repeat guests and recognise returning visitors
- Support and train new team members, fostering a collaborative environment
- Attend team briefings and contribute ideas for service improvement
- Liaise effectively with all departments, especially Food & Beverage and Culinary
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory standards
- Act as an ambassador for Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro
- Demonstrate a proactive, positive approach to work and guest care
- Suggest improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency and guest experience
- Perform any other duties as required
