As Pastry Senior Chef De Partie you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of standards in the kitchen and assisting with the execution and delivery of all pastry dishes. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

  • Assisting the Pastry Sous Chef in creating a highly regarded kitchen environment which meets the Nobu standards and expectations.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen with regular stock checks, labelling, audits, equipment checks, and adhering to all health and safety requirements.
  • Managing and overseeing the smooth running of your section.
  • Ensuring yourself and junior staff have a comprehensive understanding of the full menu offering.
  • Ensuring all dishes are prepared and created to the highest standard with the utmost care in presentation.
  • Being innovative in your cooking style and offering ideas on new dishes or specials that could enhance the menu.
  • Being an ambassador for Nobu as well as a leader who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year experience as Pastry Chef.
