As our Pastry Demi Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in delivering the refined, innovative pastry experience that our guests know and love. Working alongside a talented Pastry team, you’ll uphold the highest standards, contribute to a creative and collaborative kitchen environment, and ensure every dish reflects the quality and precision that define Nobu.

  • Assist the Pastry CDP in creating a smooth, high-performing kitchen environment aligned with Nobu’s standards.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organisation across your section, including stock control, labelling, and health & safety compliance.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of your section, ensuring readiness and efficiency at all times.
  • Build a strong understanding of the full pastry menu, enabling both you and junior chefs to execute dishes with confidence and consistency.
  • Prepare and present all pastry items to the highest standard, with a keen eye for detail and beautifully refined presentation.
  • Bring creativity to the kitchen—contributing ideas for new dishes, specials, and menu enhancements.
