Responsibilities
- Support the waiters and restaurant team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Greet guests warmly and communicate effectively to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Prepare tables and service stations to the highest standards before and during service.
- Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining order and attention to detail throughout.
- Carry trays, plates and glassware safely and with confidence.
- Observe tables and anticipate guest needs, assisting the team when required.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, including allergens and daily specials.
- Ensure dishes and utensils are clean, well‑presented and handled with care.
- Handle guest requests politely and promptly, escalating when necessary.
