As Hotel Manager, you will be a key leader within the hotel, supporting the General Manager in overseeing all operational areas and delivering Nobu's vision of service excellence, commercial success and strong team culture. Acting as a role model for our values, you will lead with integrity, energy and entrepreneurial thinking, ensuring the hotel operates smoothly while continuously enhancing the guest journey and colleague experience.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the General Manager to oversee the day to day operation of the hotel
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the property as part of the Executive Committee
- Lead and advocate for the guest experience, ensuring brand standards are consistently delivered
- Drive operational performance across departments, balancing revenue growth and cost control
- Build revenue forecasts, supporting achievement of budgets, upsell targets and financial objectives
- Participate in marketing initiatives and commercial planning to support business growth
- Support vendor sourcing, quality control, purchasing and contract management
- Deputise for the General Manager in their absence, assuming full leadership responsibility
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and guest satisfaction
- Act as a visible and approachable leader for colleagues across the hotel
- Build strong relationships with Sales, Revenue, Reservations and operational departments
- Empower teams to deliver exceptional service to internal and external guests
- Ensure all statutory, health and safety and company standards are implemented and maintained
- Support the development and maintenance of departmental procedures to maximise performance
- Oversee the end to end guest journey, ensuring every guest experiences Omotenashi
- Provide coaching, guidance and leadership to managers and teams to enhance performance
- Act as an ambassador for Nobu, embodying our values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro

You are a confident decision maker with the ability to inspire teams, drive performance and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
