About The Role

As Events Floor Manager, you'll work closely with the Meetings & Events Operations Manager to ensure every event is delivered seamlessly from start to finish.

You'll be responsible for leading service teams on the floor, building strong relationships with clients and event organisers, and creating memorable experiences that exceed guest expectations.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment, enjoys leading teams and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading Meetings & Events operations during service
  • Managing, motivating and developing a team of supervisors and waiters
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, organisers, suppliers and vendors during events
  • Ensuring all event requirements are delivered accurately and on time
  • Coordinating closely with kitchen and operational teams to guarantee smooth execution
  • Creating memorable guest experiences and resolving issues professionally
  • Coaching and developing colleagues through training, feedback and support
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service standards, efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Managing procurement requirements through Procure Wizard
  • Maintaining the highest levels of health, safety and compliance standards
  • Championing Nobu's values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro
