As a Linen Porter, you will play an important role in supporting the housekeeping team and ensuring the hotel operates smoothly behind the scenes. From managing deliveries and maintaining stock to assisting with guest requests and room setups, you will help maintain the high standards of presentation, efficiency and service that define the Nobu guest experience.

Working closely with housekeeping, maintenance and front of house teams, you will contribute to creating a comfortable and well maintained environment for both guests and colleagues.

  • Support the housekeeping team with daily operational tasks across the hotel
  • Receive, unload and organise housekeeping deliveries and supplies
  • Assist with moving furniture, beds and room setups as required
  • Ensure housekeeping storage areas remain organised and fully stocked
  • Cover linen porter or public area attendant duties when required
  • Respond to guest and colleague requests efficiently and professionally
  • Carry out minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs
  • Report maintenance issues and damages to the appropriate department
  • Maintain clean and organised working areas across housekeeping spaces
  • Work collaboratively with housekeeping, front of house and maintenance teams
  • Demonstrate a proactive and positive approach to supporting hotel operations
