Job Summary
As a Key Room Attendant at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, you’ll play a vital role in creating a serene and luxurious environment for our guests. Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare allocated rooms to the highest standards in a timely manner.
- Check your own rooms thoroughly before sign‑off by the Floor Housekeeper.
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing.
- Record and communicate guest preferences to enhance personalised service.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to guest requests.
- Report maintenance issues promptly using correct procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment with care.
- Support and train new team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Attend team briefings and contribute ideas for service improvement.
- Demonstrate a proactive, positive approach to work and guest care.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory standards.
- Act as an ambassador for Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro.
- Perform any other duties as required.
