Salary up to £32,500 plus Tronc and Benefits
THE ROLE:
- To answer any incoming client/colleague queries via phone or email.
- To have a genuine warm and friendly manner over the phone and in person in order to convert enquiries to booked events.
- Have an understanding of budget, targets, and forecasts for your department.
- Maintain accurate client records and build strong relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and packages for both events and groups ensuring we maximise revenue.
- To book visits and show rounds for any prospective clients who may be interested in our venue for their events.
- To liaise closely with the Director of Events and relevant departments ahead of show rounds to ensure they are carried out smoothly.
- To supervise team members, training and act as the point of contact if the Director of Events is not present.
- To liaise closely with the F&D Director, Director of Events, and Executive Chef on a regular basis during the lead up to an event, to ensure the smooth operational running of the event on the day.
- To work to deadlines ensuring all details such as covers, table set up, décor, menu, drinks list, etc are ready in advance.
- To be an ambassador for Nobu.
