Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee a broad portfolio including Nobu Restaurant & Bar, Kitchens, Lounge, Breakfast, In-Room Dining and Meetings & Events to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
You will be a member of the Executive Committee, shaping strategy, driving commercial success and guiding a high-performing team in a luxury hotel environment.
