As a Restaurant Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests at Nobu Restaurant, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. With warmth, attention to detail and a genuine smile, you will ensure every guest feels welcomed, recognised and cared for from arrival through to departure.

Working closely with the Senior Maître D and restaurant team, you will manage reservations, coordinate seating and help deliver a seamless, personalised guest journey that reflects Nobu’s signature style.

  • Greet all guests warmly on arrival, creating a memorable first impression
  • Manage reservations and table allocations, ensuring efficient and smooth service flow
  • Review bookings ahead of service, noting VIP guests and special requirements
  • Maintain strong knowledge of guest profiles and preferences
  • Ensure table plans are accurate and updated throughout service
  • Coordinate closely with the restaurant team to manage seating and pacing
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide a personalised and attentive experience
  • Support the team in delivering exceptional service standards at all times

  • Assist with preparing and updating floor plans and service information
