As a Breakfast Waiter or Waitress (30 Hours a week) you will be at the heart of our guests’ mornings. From a warm welcome to attentive service, you will ensure every breakfast is memorable, relaxed, and perfectly in line with Nobu’s standards of understated luxury.
The Role
- Create an exceptional breakfast experience through attentive and genuine service
- Prepare and set tables with care, ensuring all mise en place is ready ahead of service
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to deliver seamless service
- Anticipate guest needs and provide crafted, personalised experiences
- Handle guest feedback or complaints with confidence and discretion
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth running of the restaurant

30 hours a week, 6am to 12pm shifts, with additional hours subject to availability.
