As Commis Chef for our Nobu Restaurant, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of standards in the kitchen and assisting with the preparation of all dishes. Your tasks as Commis Chef will include but will not be limited to:

  • Having basic food knowledge with a genuine interest in learning and developing your skills.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen and adhering to all health and safety requirements.
