As a Breakfast Host (30 hours a week) in our Lounge restaurant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their day begins with a warm welcome and an effortless dining experience. From greeting guests with a genuine smile to anticipating needs and coordinating smoothly with the team, you will set the tone for an exceptional start to the day.

  • Greet every guest with warmth, creating a memorable first impression
  • Prepare for service by reviewing reservations, noting VIPs or special requests, and ensuring table plans are correct
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and floor teams to deliver seamless service
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide a crafted, personalised experience
  • Handle feedback and resolve issues with confidence and discretion
  • Support, train and welcome new team members into the breakfast team
  • Work collaboratively across departments to uphold Nobu standards of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro

You bring experience in a guest facing hospitality role, ideally within a luxury restaurant or hotel. You are confident, organised and attentive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate guest needs before they arise. You thrive on creating memorable first impressions and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
