As a Breakfast Host (30 hours a week) in our Lounge restaurant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their day begins with a warm welcome and an effortless dining experience. From greeting guests with a genuine smile to anticipating needs and coordinating smoothly with the team, you will set the tone for an exceptional start to the day.
- Greet every guest with warmth, creating a memorable first impression
- Prepare for service by reviewing reservations, noting VIPs or special requests, and ensuring table plans are correct
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and floor teams to deliver seamless service
- Anticipate guest needs and provide a crafted, personalised experience
- Handle feedback and resolve issues with confidence and discretion
- Support, train and welcome new team members into the breakfast team
- Work collaboratively across departments to uphold Nobu standards of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro

You bring experience in a guest facing hospitality role, ideally within a luxury restaurant or hotel. You are confident, organised and attentive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate guest needs before they arise.
