As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests as well as maintaining a clean and tidy bar. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

  • Interact with guests, present menus, take orders, make recommendations, and serve snacks and drinks.
  • Make sure the bar is set up and closed down accurately and on time; cleaned, restocked, garnishes and all mise en place prepared and ready on time.
  • Provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards.
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the bar menu, including the beer, wine, sake, and cocktail list.
  • Feel empowered to make a decision that will enhance the guest experience or defuse any complaints which may arise.
  • Be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
