As a Commis Chef, you will support the kitchen brigade in delivering dishes to the exceptional standards expected at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square. Working closely with the Head Chef and wider culinary team, you will assist with food preparation, maintain high standards of hygiene and organisation, and contribute to a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

You will Assist with the preparation and presentation of dishes to Nobu standards
Ensure your section is organised, stocked and prepared for service
Follow recipes and brand guidelines with consistency and attention to detail
Maintain strong food hygiene, allergen and health and safety practices
Support the receiving and correct storage of deliveries and ingredients
Ensure kitchen equipment is clean, safe and properly maintained
Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen brigade during service
Support and welcome new team members into the kitchen
Demonstrate a proactive and positive approach to work
Be available to support other kitchen areas when required
