Overview
As the Assistant Head Concierge you will epitomize exceptional service for our guests and have a thorough knowledge of things to see and do in London.
Responsibilities
- Have an in-depth knowledge of London and all there is to see and do including great new restaurants, attractions, shows, events taking place etc.
- Create a personalised and bespoke experience for all guests using our concierge services.
- Have the mindset of anticipating guests needs and going above and beyond to exceed them.
- Be fully aware of any VIP or repeat guests who are staying with us and deliver on their needs and preferences.
- Be forward thinking and innovative when it comes to ways of working and best practice.
- Maximise sales revenues through upselling.
- Thorough knowledge of OPERA and Micros.
- Meticulously monitor guest reviews and feedback to your team on successes, areas of development, and any potential follow ups.
- To offer strong leadership, mentoring, and guidance to your team in all areas of reception, guest relations, and VIP experience.
- To be an advocate for training and development in order to foster progression and retention throughout your department.
- Be fully aware of any VIP or repeat guests who are staying with us and personalise service accordingly.
- To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
