As Lounge Supervisor, you will assist with the smooth operational running of the all-day dining service in order to deliver an excellent and memorable experience for our guests. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Assist with the smooth operational running of the all-day dining service.
- Have a good understanding of targets for your department and ensure the entire team are working hard to achieve them.
- Run and participate in briefings and team meetings; sharing any insights you may have for the team.
- Provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards to exceed guest expectations.
- Support, train, and develop any new members of the team and make them feel welcome.
- Offer continued support, training, and development to your team and work collaboratively with them.
- Have thorough knowledge of The Lounge dining menu.
- Be an ambassador for Nobu as well as a strong leader who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
