As a Housekeeping Porter, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our housekeeping operation runs smoothly, supporting the team that delivers the immaculate presentation and luxury standards our guests expect.
This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same.
You'll be responsible for maintaining linen supplies or moving furniture across the hotel, supporting room attendants, managing deliveries, assisting with guest requests, and ensuring all housekeeping areas remain organised and efficient.

The Role
As a Housekeeping Porter, you'll support both the housekeeping and linen operations to ensure the hotel consistently delivers the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and service.
Working closely with Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants and the wider hotel team, you'll help keep guest rooms, linen stores and housekeeping areas fully stocked, organised and operational.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a physically active position, works well as part of a team and takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensuring guest floors and housekeeping areas remain fully stocked with linen and supplies
- Receiving, unloading and storing housekeeping and linen deliveries
- Rearranging furniture or moving of beds where required.
- Managing linen inventory and maintaining appropriate stock levels throughout the hotel
- Conducting quality checks on linen to ensure it meets Nobu standards
- Supporting the Housekeeping team with furniture moves, bed moves and room set-ups when required
- Assisting with guest requests promptly and professionally
- Maintaining clean, organised and safe linen stores and housekeeping areas
- Reporting maintenance issues and damages using the correct procedures
- Monitoring housekeeping supplies and notifying management of replenishment requirements
- Supporting Public Area and Housekeeping operations when business levels require
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across all departments
- Providing genuine, attentive and friendly service to both guests and colleagues
- Contributing ideas to improve efficiency, service delivery and the guest experience
- Upholding all health, safety and compliance requirements

- Previous experience in housekeeping, hotels, logistics, porter or a similar operational role
