As a Breakfast Host (30 hours a week), you will be the first point of contact for guests each morning, setting the tone for a seamless and memorable breakfast experience.
With warmth, organisation and attention to detail, you will ensure every guest feels welcomed, recognised and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Working closely with the breakfast and kitchen teams, you will help create a smooth and personalised guest journey that reflects the standards and energy of Nobu Hotel London Portman Square.

- Welcome guests warmly and create a memorable first impression
- Review reservations, VIP arrivals and guest preferences ahead of service
- Ensure table plans and restaurant layouts are prepared and accurate
- Support smooth communication between the breakfast, kitchen and front office teams
- Anticipate guest needs and provide a personalised breakfast experience
- Handle guest queries and requests professionally and confidently
- Support and welcome new team members into the breakfast team
- Attend team briefings and contribute ideas to improve the guest experience
- Demonstrate a proactive and positive approach to work
- Be available to support other hotel departments when required

You bring experience in a guest facing hospitality role, ideally within a luxury restaurant or hotel environment.
Organised, confident and personable, you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and thrive in a fast paced setting.
With excellent communication skills and attention to detail, you take pride in delivering service that feels warm, seamless and genuine.
