About You
We are seeking an experienced and creative Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the visual strategy and execution across our owned and growing retail store portfolio (7–10 locations) and key partner stores. This role ensures a consistent, brand‑right presentation that drives commercial performance, enhances the customer experience, and supports product storytelling in all environments. You will be comfortable with regular travel to central London and regional stores.
Day to day, you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing seasonal visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Translating brand guidelines into store-specific visual plans that reflect local opportunities and constraints.
- Partnering with buying, marketing, and retail operations to ensure cohesive execution of product launches and promotional events.
Execution & Store Support
- Leading the setup and maintenance of windows, in-store displays, and fixture layouts across all stores and partner locations.
- Conducting regular store visits to assess presentation standards, provide training, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Managing a VM calendar to coordinate floor moves, new store openings, and seasonal transitions.
- Ensuring all visual materials (signage, props, graphics) are current, consistent, and compliant with brand standards.
- Training and developing in-store teams and partner staff in visual merchandising principles and brand presentation.
- Providing clear direction, visual guidelines, and feedback to ensure consistent execution across all locations.
- Collaborating with store and regional managers to achieve both aesthetic and commercial goals.
- Actively contributing to our company’s commitment to environmental and social responsibility by integrating sustainable practices into everyday work.
This includes minimising waste, promoting responsible sourcing, supporting our circular economy initiatives, and encouraging customers and colleagues to make choices that align with our sustainability values. Analysis & Reporting
- Analysing visual impact and performance of merchandising initiatives, making data‑driven adjustments as needed.
- Monitoring competitor activity and retail trends to keep the brand’s presentation fresh and relevant.
- Managing visual merchandising budgets, inventory of display materials, and vendor relationships.
To hit the ground running, you’ll come with:
- 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 2 years in a managerial or multi‑store role.
- Ability to travel to all stores (exclusive and partners), locally and regionally.
- Experience within fashion, lifestyle, or specialty retail preferred.
- Strong sense of design, composition, and brand storytelling.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising software, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
